摘 要:随着我国高等教育由精英教育向大众化教育的转变,教学改革也伴随着教育改革的进行而在国内迅速发展起来,人们也像关心投资效益一样越来越关心教育投入与教育质量的关系,目前我国教育投入已经达到或接近GDP收入的4%。在新的教育教学观念指导下,制订科学的教学质量评价体系与标准,对改变目前教学质量评价状况具有现实意义。以西安科技大学软件工程专业教学质量标准研究为例进行分析探索,提出了一套适应现代信息化的教学质量评价标准,对提高教师教学水平、切实提高教学质量具有一定的意义,可为软件工程专业及其他专业的教学质量考核评估提供参考。With the shift of China's higher education from elite education to mass education, teaching reform is ac- companied by the educational reform and it witnessed rapid development, people are increasingly concerned about the investment and the quality of education as the investment benefits. China's education investment has reached or close to 4% of GDP. With the guidance of new teaching concept, establishing scientific evaluation system and standard of teaching quality has practical significance to change the present situation of teaching quality evaluation. This study mainly explored Xi'an University of Science and Technology software engineering teaching quality stand- ard as an example, and put forward a set of suitable standards of teaching quality evaluation for modern informa- tion. It has important significance for improving the teaching level of teachers, and can be a reference for the teach- ing quality assessment in software engineering and other majors.
