管理服务视域下高职院校工匠精神的培育

摘　　要：高职院校服务于经济发展需求,需要以工匠精神为支撑。工匠精神是在生产、加工、塑造产品时精益求精的精神理念。培育工匠精神是高职院校人才培养的必然要求,是"立德树人"的根本任务,契合学生全面健康可持续发展的实际需要。要强化管理与服务,加强校园环境建设,搭建实践实训平台,培育校企合作的联动机制。Craftsmanship spirit that is immensely demanded is extraordinarily in need in vocational col- leges. It refers to the utmost precision and excellence in production, processing and shaping of an artistic good. Craftsmanship spirit is inevitable and fundamental in the higher vocational education. The writer pro- poses more suggestions on fostering an education mode towards the craftsmanship spirit of the vocational college students.
