摘 要:随着"互联网+"时代的到来,大量新技术进入高校课堂,然而高职教师信息化教学水平薄弱,数字媒介素养不高,使高职课堂显得枯燥乏味,严重影响了课堂效果。文章分析了高职教师信息化教学能力的现状,提出了混合式灵活培训、学习共同体多向培训、以赛促培等多种培训策略。Abstract: With the arrival of "Internet +", a large number of new technologies go into the classroom. However, the level of higher vocational teachers' informationized teaching ability is weak, and the digital media literacy is not high, which makes the vocational class appear dull and boring. This paper analyzes the present situation of higher vocational college teachers' information teaching ability, puts forward several kinds of training strategies, such as the mixed flexible training, the multi training of learning community, the promotion of competition and so on.
