摘 要:目的:了解衢州市高校食堂及周边摊点的餐具消毒现状,为加强高校及校园周边卫生监督管理提供参考。方法:采用大肠菌群快速检测纸片法,依据《食(饮)具消毒卫生标准》(GB 14934-94),对2014—2016年衢州市高校食堂及周边摊点的餐具进行随机抽样检测。结果:3年来共采集餐具样本1 746份,合格样本1 034份,合格率为59.2%,其中学校食堂餐具合格率为86.9%;餐馆和个体摊点合格率偏低,分别为34.5%和18.5%。结论:衢州市高校食堂餐具合格率较高,周边餐馆及个体摊点餐具合格率偏低,相关部门应加强餐具监管力度,提高消毒效果。To investigate the tableware disinfection in college canteens and surrounding stalls of Quzhou city, and to identify the problem and provide the reference for health supervision and management. Method: Samples of tableware from 2014 to 2016 of Quzhou college canteens and surrounding stalls were detected using rapid sampling paper method according to national standard method. Results: 1 034 samples were detected qualified among 1 746 samples in three years, and the total qualified rate reached 59.2%. The qualified rate of college canteens, restaurants and individual stalls were 86.9%, 34.5% and 18.5%, respectively. Conclusion: As the total qualified rate of restaurants and individual stalls remained at a relatively low level compared with college canteens, the relevant departments should strengthen supervision of the tableware, and improve the effect of sterilization.
