摘　　要："素质核心,能力本位,循线递进,工学交替双循环"人才培养模式的探索与实践,是汽车制造与装配技术专业实现专业与产业的全面对接的重要举措。本文在分析原有工学结合人才培养方法存在的若干问题基础上,阐述了工学交替双循环人才培养模式的基本思路、实施方法,以及实践过程,并总结了该模式的特色及经验,可供国内同类专业建设参考。The exploration and practice of？ the personnel training mode of Quality- cored, Competency- based, Sequential Progression and Working and learning Alternation is an important measure to achieve the comprehensive abutting joint of the industry and the major of automobile manufacturing and assembly. On the base of the analysis on the problems in the personnel training mode of the combination of working and learning, this paper explains the basic ideas the implementation methods and implementation process of the dual - cycle alternation of working and learning, and summarizes the features and successful experience of the training mode, which will provide reference for the construction of domestic similar specialties.
