摘 要:开放大学教师的专业水平决定着开放大学教学质量的高低。通过对国开江西分部大部分教师问卷调查和访谈等形式,针对教学过程中遇到的问题及亲身感受展开深入细致的调查,发现教师在追求专业发展过程中出现了不同程度的职业倦怠,职业幸福处于低落状态。而教师专业发展又是获得职业幸福感的重要动力,因而引发了对教师专业发展下教师幸福感的思考。首先从教师专业发展过程中职业环境受困、过于追求名利、陷入职业倦怠、人文关怀缺失等方面,分析了教师职业幸福感缺失的原因;然后从促进教师专业发展角度出发,提出了学校层面应为教师发展搭建成长平台、构建和谐环境;教师个人层面应积极参与学科研究、追求生命价值等措施,来提升教师职业幸福感,实现教师的专业发展。The Open University teachers' professional level decides the quality of its teaching and learning. We did an intensive and meticulous investigations about some problems encountered in the process of teachers education and their own experience through questionnaires and interviews forms, then found out there were some job burnout in different gender and occupational happiness in a depressed state during seeking of the professional development. The teachers" professional development is an important energy of occupational well--being, therefore we began to think how to improve the teacherg professional development and raise the teachers" happiness. First we analyze the reasons behind the problems such as poor environments, extra pursuit for fame and fortune, in job burnout, lac- king of humanistic care etc. Then we put forward some related strategies, one is from the school sides, which should build growing platform and build a harmonious environment for teachers' development the other is from teacher individual sides, which should participate in researching, pursuit of life value, in order to enhance teachers professional happiness and realize the professional development.
