以“伏邪”学说探讨复发性口腔溃疡的中医诊治

摘　　要：参阅古今文献,结合临床实际,认为复发性口腔溃疡与"伏邪"关系密切,并将"伏邪"的病因病机与该病的形成相联系,临床采用育阴潜阳法,方药以三甲复脉汤、大定风珠等为主进行治疗,取得较好的效果。By consulting ancient and modem literature, combining with clinical practice, it is believed that re- current oral ulcer （ROU） is closely related to the theory of ＂latent pathogen＂, the cause and the pathogenesis of ＂la- tent pathogen＂ are linked to the formation of ROU, and the disease is treated by the method of nourishing Yin and suppressing the excessive Yang with SanJia Ft,Mai Tang and Da Ding FengZhu in clinic, which could obtain better effects.
