摘　　要：高校教改项目管理是高校教育教学管理的重要组成部分。高校教改项目的设立旨在积极推动高校教师开展教育教学研究,在课程设置、人才培养、教学手段、授课方法等方面进行探索,切实提高大学教育质量。高校教改项目规范化管理对深化教学改革,促进高等教育教学质量的不断提高,意义重大。The management of the projects of educational reform in colleges and universities is an important part of educational management.The goal of the projects is to promote the teachers＇ research on education and explore on curriculum provision ,talent training, teaching device and teaching method to improve the teaching quality.The standard management of the projects plays an improving the teaching quality. significant role on deepening the educational reform,
