摘  要:以心理咨询室为主体的心理咨询服务机构在各高校得到快速发展,效果显著。但问题同样突出,解决问题并且使其向健康、有序发展的关键在于心理咨询室服务品质建设。其服务品质建设在充分考虑高校的客观实际的基础上,其服务品质应以有形性、可靠性、反应性、保证性、体贴性与认同性为指标进行建设。The psychological counseling room, which is the main body of psychological counseling, has been developed rapidly in colleges and universities. But the problem is also prominent, and the key to solve the problem and make it healthy and orderly development lies in the quality of the counseling room service. On the basis of taking full account of the objective reality of the colleges and universities, the quality of service should be constructed with tangibility, reliability, reactivity, assurance, consideration and recognition as its indexes.
