摘  要:以柠檬酸为脱钙剂,在单因素实验的基础上,引入星点设计-响应面优化法,考查料液比、柠檬酸浓度及脱钙时间3个因素对青鱼鱼鳞脱钙率的影响,建立了各因素与鱼鳞脱钙率关系的数学回归模型.结果显示,青鱼鱼鳞最佳脱钙工艺为:柠檬酸浓度为4.77%,提取时间为77.32min,料液比为15.80,最佳脱钙率为76.46%.This paper investigated the optimal decalcification process from black crap scale with citric acid by central composite design/ response surface methodology. According to the single factor experiments, the effects of three independent variables (solid-liquid ratio, citric acid concentration and decalcification time) on the decalcification rate were studied, and a mathematical model was developed to describe the relationship between the independent variables and the decalcification rate. By response surface analysis, the optimum between the scheme of decalcification process were 4.77% citric acid, 77.32 min for decalcification and 15.80 fold solvent, under which the decalcification rate reached 76.46%.
