台湾地区医疗保险药品支付价格调整体系研究

摘　　要：2015年5月,国家发改委等7部委共同发布《关于印发推进药品价格改革意见的通知》,实现"最高零售限价"向"医保支付标准"的转变。但目前对于药品支付标准价格调整研究欠缺。我国台湾地区从1999年开始进行定期的药价调查以及相应的调整工作,形成目前以创新程度为基础药品分类、总额控费与个体调价相结合的定期药品支付价格调整体系,且成效显著。通过分析台湾地区药品支付价格调整体系,为我们构建药品支付标准价格调整体系提供借鉴。It＇s a trend that implementing drug payment standard for governing drug prices and controlling medical insurance funds in our country mainland area,but there is less study on medical insurance drugs payment price adjustment. Taiwan Region has formed a way of medical insurance drugs payment price adjustment since 1999, which classifies drugs by its innovation level, and adjusts its medical insurance drugs payment timely by combining total repaid and individual adjustment,and gets remarkable results. It provides experience for our country mainland area,by analyzing Taiwan Region medical insurance drugs payment price adjustment system.
