摘　　要：回顾了赣州古城的洪灾威胁和福寿沟的兴修发展史,分析了其营建特点,并论述其作用机制——沟塘一体,形成城市水系,以泄洪排涝。福寿沟历经千年的考验,至今仍为赣州老城区排洪泄涝做出贡献,为现代城市建设和防洪减灾提供了宝贵的经验。This paper reviews flood hazards in Ganzhou City and the history of construction and development of＂Happy and long-life ＂flood management channel. Its unique characteristics and functions represent a particular urban drainage system with flood detention pond and drainage channel. It has been performing very well for flood and waterlogging control in the old urban area of Ganzhou for a thousand years. This ancient project provides precious reference value for urban construction and flood management.
