高职院校地质专业职业技能培养模式探讨

摘　　要：通过毕业生跟踪调查,高职地质类毕业生的职业技能水平稳步不前,且高职院校缺乏明确的技能培养模式。文章通过行业现状及企业调研,详细分析高职毕业生技能培养的不足,进而从职业定位、技能教学目标、课程体系、考核制度等方面探讨了地质专业技能的培养模式。此模式也在实践中逐步地应用,取得了良好的教学效果。According to the follow-up survey of vocational graduates, students who major in geology are lack of professional skills in work, while colleges still donl have complete training mode. This thesis analyzes the shortage of vocational graduates skills train-ing based on the status quo of the industry and corporate, then the training mode of geological professionals is proposed from the perspective of professional orientation, skill teaching objectives, curriculum system and evaluation system. This mode has been gradu-ally put into practice and reached good teaching results.
