摘  要:关注乡村教师专业成长,是教师培训工作的时代需求。本文应用结构化和半结构化的调查问卷,对乡村教师专业成长需求做了明确的调研,根据国家有关乡村教师专业成长的相关文件和数据,通过对比、推理分析,提出了立足乡村教师专业成长需求,开展针对性的培训活动,以促进乡村教师专业成长的有效路径。Focusing on the professional growth of rural teachers is the times’ requirement for teachers’ training. In this paper, the structured and semi-structured questionnaire is designed to make a clear survey of the demands for rural teachers’professional development. Based on China’s relevant documents and data about the professional growth of rural teachers, and by means of comparative analysis and reasoning, the paper proposes professional development needs targeted at rural teachers by undertaking targeted training activities so as to fnd an efective path to promote rural teachers’ professional development.
