摘　　要：脏象学说是中医理论的核心内容,对养生、延寿、防病和疾病的诊治、康复具有重要意义,在中医科研及中医现代化的进程中占有重要地位,然而从古至今,人们对脏象相关术语始终没有统一的规范,通过查阅大量脏象相关术语资料进行系统整理和比较分析,分别从概念、生理、病理等方面进行阐释,明确相关术语英译规范,以期促进脏象术语英译标准的统一,推进中医药名词英译标准化,以提高它的科学性和精确性,为中医复杂内涵及现代化发展提供可资借鉴的思路与方法。The theory of Zangxiang is the core theory of Chinese medicine, which is very important for health, life extension, disease prevention and disease treatment, and rehabilitation. The theory of Zangxiang also occupies an important position in scientific- research and modernization process of Chinese medicine. However, people always do not have the same standard of related terms on Zangxiang. Based on comparative analysis of a large number of related terms on five viscera, we explain the concept, physiology, and pathology, clarify the English translation of these terms. We hope to promote standards unity of terms on five viscera, promote the English translation of TCM terminology standardization, improve the accuracy of the English translation, and provide ideas andmethods for the modern development of TCM.
