摘  要:德国应用科学大学(FH)是德国工程人才培养的主力军,以其人才培养特色为基础而形成的"FH模式"成为当下讨论的热点,借鉴德国FH模式更是成为我国许多高校尤其是地方型院校改革实践的重要着力点。在借鉴德国FH模式的热潮背后,存在着迷思和误用,"模式"本身则成为同一化和标签化的辞藻。The University of Applied Sciences (FH) is the main force of engineering talents training in Germany. The FH model based on its characteristics of talent training has been the hot topic at present. Learning from the FH model is the most important focus point of Chinese colleges and universities reform, especially for the local ones. Behind the upsurge of learning from the German FH model, there are myths and misuses, and the term of model itself has become a rhetoric of homogenization and labelism.
