摘  要:当前独立学院学前教育专业实践教学存在教育理念有偏差、课程体系不合理、教学过程多泛化、监控管理重形式、双师型师资缺乏等问题;为实现独立学院学前教育专业人才培养目标,必须强化实践教学,坚持四年一贯系统设计的原则,以保教能力的培养为重点,构建体验性实践、自主性实践、研究性实践、综合性实践"四位一体"的实践教学体系。There are some problems in the practical teaching of pre-school education professionals in the current independent colleges, such as deviation of educational concept, unreasonable curriculum system, more generalization of teaching process, focus on the form of monitoring and management,the shortage of dual-teaching-type teachers and so on. To achieve the goal of cultivating preschool education professionals, we must strengthen the practical teaching and adhere to the principle of four-year system design and taking the cultivation of nursing and teaching ability as the focus to build a "four-in-one" practical teaching system of experiential practice, autonomy practice, research practice and comprehensive practice.
