摘　　要：《管理沟通》课程案例教学即让学生准备案例和在课堂讲授案例,以取代传统教学中的教师的备课和讲授,是"翻转课堂"教学的实践和延伸。本文拟对《管理沟通》课程教学的现状和问题、学生案例教学的具体实施、学生案例教学的优越性以及在学生案例教学过程中应该注意的事项做了阐述。实践表明基于"翻转课堂"教学理念设计的学生案例教学是管理沟通理论学习向沟通实践与积累过渡的一种有效途径和桥梁。The Students＇ case-teaching in the Management Communication course means that the students can search for the cases and teach the cases in class, which is a flexible practice of the ＂flipped classroom＂. The paper analyses the practical implementation of the students＇ case-teaching, its advantages and points for attention in the implementation. The method is proved effective in the transition from the communication theory to the students＇ practical management communication skills.
