摘 要:深圳高等职业教育已具备了全国领先的办学水平。但是,面对新的时代要求,深圳高等职业教育在进一步发展中还需要关注一些发展瓶颈问题,主要表现为专业设置是否完全体现产业分工新要求,专业内涵是否完全支撑产业发展新要求,师资队伍是否完全支撑专业内涵新要求,实训环境是否完全满足职业技能新要求,学生素质是否完全适应就业岗位新要求。为了化解这些瓶颈问题,应做到"两破一立",即强化师资硬实力,破解教学内容知识老化问题;提升办学软实力,破解素质教育效果不佳问题,从而顺应时代新常态,致力创新立校、创新强校。The higher vocational education in Shenzhen has been in the leading position in China through years of development. However, facing the new requirements of the times, the higher vocational education in Shenzhen also needs to pay attention to the bottleneck in its further development mainly described as the five problems: whether the establishing of majors in higher vocational colleges is fully in accord with the new industrial division, whether the connotation of the majors conforms to the new requirements of industrial development, whether the teaching staff meets the new requirement of majors' connotation, whether the environment for practical teaching fits in the demand of the new professional skills development and whether the makings of the students fully meets the requirements of new jobs. In order to solve these bottleneck problems, a proposal is put forward named "Two Breakings" and "One Establishing" . By "Two Breakings" , we respectively mean refreshing teaching content and knowledge by improving teachers' development and solving the problem of unsatisfied effect in quality education by enhancing the soft power of school running. While by "One Establishing" , we refer to the establishing of the principle of innovation to strengthen the college by adapting ourselves to the new normal of the new times.
