就业能力导向下的财务管理专业教学改革实践探索——以湖北汽车工业学院为例

摘　　要：应用型本科教育已成为我国高等教育发展的一个重要方向,注重应用型、技能型和操作型人才的培养已列为我国中长期教育改革规划。近年来,我国财务管理专业本科毕业生就业压力过大,出现了就业难等社会问题。应用型本科院校湖北汽车工业学院财务管理专业多年来以就业能力为导向,进行了实施校企联合培养新模式、构建新型实践教学体系、建立实践教学运行平台等教学改革实践探索。the application-oriented undergraduate education has become an important direction of the devel-opment of higher education in China, focusing on training of applied, skilled and operating talents has been listed as China＇s long -term education reform plan. In recent years, China＇s financial management professional graduates＇ employment pressure is too tough, leading many social problems such as unemployment.Over the years, Hubei Automotive Industrial Institute, as an application-oriented college, its financial management educa-tion takes the employment ability as guidance in order to practice and explore teaching reforming in following as-pects ,implementation of the new training mode of school-enterprise cooperation, building a new system of prac-tice teaching, establishing practice teaching platform.
