摘　　要：为了解决车身不同部位零件选材问题,根据汽车应用中的实例,从车身设计的基本要求、车身选材常见的问题、车身零件选材技术3个方面对钢板的选用技术进行了介绍,借鉴车身选材原则对车身零件选材及不同强度的材料进行了分析,有效地解决了不同部位选取不同强度材料的问题,同时也为日后车身各个部位的强度设计要求提供了参考。In order to solve the problem of body material selection, this paper introduces the selection principle for body steel plate from three aspects, including the basic requirements for body design, the problems existed in the material selection and the selection principle for body parts in an aetual application. The paper describes the issue that presents material selection for body parts and how to select different strength steel plate according to the principle of body material selection, solving the problem of selecting different strength steel plate for body parts, at the same time providing some reference for the body parts in the follow-up body strength design.
