汽车工程类校企合作培养体系研究与实践

摘　　要：为提高汽车工程类专业学生的工程实践能力,解决目前校企合作培养面临的困境,充分发挥了校企合作的优势,本文针对校企合作培养体系建设、实践教学体系建设等方面进行了研究,重点围绕汽车工程专业产教融合应用型人才培养模式体系建设、跨学院和跨专业汽车工程人才培养模式建立、汽车工程相关职业技能认证双导师培养体系建立、校企合作工程实践课程开发和教师队伍建设等内容进行了分析,为汽车工程类专业校企合作共建可行性及方法方式提供了理论与实践指导。This manuscript carried out research on the personnel training system of school enterprise cooperation and practice teaching system, for improve the engineering practice ability of the students majoring in automotive engineering,besides that,to solve the dilemma of school enterprise cooperation also the main objective of＇this study. In the course of study,we focus on the construction of the system of production and teaching integration applied talents training mode,the establishment of cross disciplinary and cross disciplinary auto engineering personnel training mode,and the establishment of the training system of automobile engineering related professional skills. Through these studies,it provides the theoretical and practical guidance for the feasibility and methods of the cooperation between college and enterprise.
