民生档案信息在高职院校的开发利用途径研究——以日照职业技术学院为例

摘　　要：档案是国家机关、社会团体和个人从事社会活动的最直接、最真实的历史纪录。高职院校民生档案是学校教职员工在教育教学、科研、管理,学生在学习、课外活动中形成的各种门类的档案记录,涉及到学校档案的绝大多数类别。随着整个社会越来越注重个人诚信,单位、机构越来越注重利用档案信息,高职院校档案中将有越来越多的档案涉及师生的民生问题。如何开发利用好这些档案信息,让民生档案成为解决民生问题的关键信息来源,将是档案工作者应积极探索做好的工作。Archives are the most direct and true historical records of state organs,social organizations and individuals engaged in social activities.The archives of people＇s livelihood in higher vocational colleges are all kinds of records in the teaching,scientific research,students＇ learning and research activities.With the whole society pay more attention to personal integrity,units,organizations increasingly trust archives information,archives of higher vocational colleges will have more and more files related to people＇s livelihood.How to utilize these archives information,and let the archives information has become the key to solve the livelihood problems of the source,should be the archivists should actively explore the j oh.
