摘　　要：创新《管理学基础》课堂教学,深化高校管理专业教育内涵建设,对培养现代化新型管理人才,具有十分重要的现实意义。本文依据现代企业的管理人才需求,构建管理学关键能力体系,并深度融合小组合作学习的课堂教学方式,坚持以终身学习理念为指导思想,通过模块化教学、情景模拟教学、翻转课堂教学等形式,开展《管理学基础》课堂教学改革,以期可以增强学生的创新和实践能力,促进学生的全面发展。The ＂Management Basis＂ innovation of classroom teaching,deepening the management professional education connotation construction,cultivating modern management talents,has very important practical significance. According to modern enterprise management personnel needs,this paper build the key ability of management system,and the depth of integration mode of classroom teaching, cooperative learning group adheres to the guiding ideology of lifelong learning concept,through the modular teaching,scene simulation,flip the classroom teaching form,to carry out the reform of classroom teaching management foundation,in order to enhance the students＇ innovation and practical ability,promote students＇ all-round development.
