摘　　要：为适应教育改革的目标,创新高校实验室管理工作。在实验室矩阵式的管理模式中,应用美国教育心理学家杰考白·库宁提出的"涟漪效应",促进实验室主任的领航者作用、各专业实验室主任的核心功能以及实验人员重点作用的发挥,并通过创造良好的介质环境、提供良好的震荡环境、保障良好的秩序环境增强对实验人员的有效管理,提高管理效率和水平,有助于实验室管理和建设的良性运行。It is critical to innovate the management of key laboratory management in colleges and universities,to meet the goal of education reform. In the management mode of the matrix of the laboratory,ripple effect proposed by the American educational psychologist Kooning Jiekaobai is applied in promoting the leadership of main laboratories' directors,the core function of laboratories' directors for each major,and the essential role of experimenters. In addition,applying ripple effect can create a good environment of medium,incitation and order. As a result,it can improve the management of professional staff,as well as the efficiency and level of laboratory management. It is also helpful to the management and construction of the laboratory.
