摘 要:目的探索PBL联合CBL教学法应用于急诊医学见习教学的效果。方法将昆明医科大学2012级临床医学专业60名学生采用传统教学法作为对照组,2013级临床专业60名学生采用PBL联合CBL教学法作为实验组,观察两组学生理论考试和临床技能考试成绩及学生满意度等调查。结果 PBL联合CBL组的理论成绩和临床技能考试成绩优于传统教学组(P<0.05)。观察组满意度优于对照组,组间对比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 PBL联合CBL教学模式能够激发见习同学的学习兴趣,对其学习的积极性和主动性,临床思维能力等均有提高,对医学生综合能力的培养有促进作用,值得在急诊医学见习教学中推广。Objective To Explore the effect of CBL teaching and PBL teaching method applied in emergency medicine practice teaching. Methods 60 students in grade 2012 from Kunming medical university were chosen as the control group with traditional teaching methods. 60 students in grade 2013 using PBL joint CBL teaching method were regarded as the experimental group. Theoretical examination, clinical skills examination results and student satisfaction surveys of two groups were observed. Results Theory achievement and clinical skills examination results in the PBL joint CBL group were better than traditional teaching group(P〈0.05). Satisfaction was better than control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P〈0.05). Conclusion PBL Joint CBL teaching model can stimulate interest in learning, improve the enthusiasm and initiative of learning, cultivate the team cooperation consciousness, strengthen language communication ability, improve the clinical thinking ability. It will be good for the cultivationof medical students' comprehensive ability. It's worth popularizing in the practice of emergency medicine teaching.
