高职院校体育课安全教育和管理探析

摘　　要：目前,我国高等教育提倡并坚持贯彻"以人为本"的理念,而体育课作为安全事故发生较为频繁的课程,更需要贯彻"以人为本"的思想,注重学生的体育安全教育,避免体育事故频繁发生。本文主要介绍高职体育课教学中有关安全教育与管理的必要性,以及影响体育课安全的主要因素,分析并提出整改措施,使得学生在加强身体素质的同时保障其活动安全,从根本上消除体育课中的安全隐患。Currently, the idea of ＂human-oriented＂ is advocated and carried out in higher education in our country. As a situation where teaching accidents take place frequently, PE teaching stresses the idea of ＂human-oriented＂, focusing on students＇ safety education. This paper describes the necessity of students＂ safety education and management in PE teaching, and factors influen- cing the safety of PE course, and puts forward measures to improve the safety education and management, in order to improve students＂ physical quality, and guarantee the safey of PE teaching.
