摘 要:该文阐述了问题教学法在发酵工艺学课堂教学中的具体应用。笔者设计出发酵工艺学各知识单元的题目,进而形成以"问题"为关键词的课件。在此基础上,完成了问题教学法在发酵工艺学课堂教学的实践。问题教学法不仅可以活跃课堂气氛,增加师生互动,而且有利于学生独立思考,激发学生学习兴趣。This article expounds the application of question teaching method in the fermentation technology. The au- thor designed many "problems" for each chapter in the course of fermentation technology and made PFF courseware around these key "problems". On this basis, the question teaching method was applied in the course of fermentation technology. It was shown that the problem teaching method can not only active classroom atmosphere, increase the in- teraction between teachers and students, but also is helpful for students to think independently and stimulate stu- dents interest in learning.
