摘　　要：针对传统国际合作办学招生压力大、课程优势弱、需求热度低、监管存在缺失等问题,通过分析"互联网+"背景下高职院校国际合作办学的机遇和优势,从更新思想观念和狠抓制度建设2个方面提出解决问题的对策,借助互联网的优势,为打造特色化的高职教育注入新的活力。Aiming at the traditional international cooperative education enrollment pressure, weak course advantage, low heat of demand, lack of regulatory requirements and other issues, this paper analyzes the opportunities and ad- vantages of international cooperation in Higher Vocational Colleges under the background of ＂ Internet plus＂, and puts forward countermeasures from two aspects, i. e. , renewing ideas and paying close attention to the system con- struetion. With the advantage of the Internet, new vitality should be injected into the characteristic construction of Higher Vocational education.
