合作原则下商务书信“写读”交互的概念合成过程

摘　　要：商务书信是作者-读者不在场的"写读"交互载体,具有显性-隐性的认知交流过程。本文建构合作原则下的概念合成构架,并以往来书信和开放书信为语料揭示了这种不在场交流过程。研究表明,书信"写读"交互呈现认同、真冲突、假冲突三种交互合作,体现在作者-读者主体角色成员之间认同话语和冲突话语各自的引发、升级和结束三个环节中,其间概念合成的角色-价值、类比、逆类比关键关系的映射压缩至关重要。认同交互和冲突交互是相对的、动态的、可转化的,渗透于文本的"写读"交互合作过程,其中假冲突交互是对冲突交互合作方式的补充。Business letters,as the vehicle of non-reciprocal writing-reading interaction between writer and reader,have the overt-covert cognitive process.Through the construction of conceptual blending based upon the Cooperative Principle,this study reveals the non-reciprocal communicative process exemplified by letters with reply and letters without reply.This study indicates:writing-reading interaction in business letters includes the three interactions of agreement,serious conflicts and playful conflicts reflected in the three moves of writer-reader agreement talks and conflict talks,namely initiating,facilitating and completing,in which the mapping and the compression of the vital relations'role-value,analogy and disanalogy'are of crucial importance;Agreement interaction and conflict interaction go through the whole writing-reading interactive process in relative,dynamic and convertible manners,and the playful conflict is a complementary way for conflict interaction.
