摘  要:针对雷达毁伤评估问题,提出了一种基于情报融合的毁伤评估方法。将电子情报引入传统基于图像的毁伤评估方法之中,全面考虑了雷达的图像毁伤量和电子信号毁伤量,从而提高了毁伤评估结果的可靠性。同时,提出了一种基于PAC-SOM的图像变化检测方法,利用图像融合与聚类算法的优势,提高了变化检测的精度。通过仿真实验,检验了该方法的可行性与有效性,为电磁目标毁伤评估提供了一种新方法。Aimed at the problem of radar damage assessment,a method which based on information fusion is put forward. Electronic information is introduced into traditional method based on image,in which both image damage and the electronic signal damage are considered,so as to improve the reliability of damage assessment result. In the meanwhile,a method of image change detection based on PAC-SOM is proposed,which takes the advantages of image fusion and clustering algorithm,to improve the accuracy of change detection result. The feasibility and effectiveness of the method proposed are verified by simulation experiments. It provides a new method for damage assessment of electromagnetic target.
