摘　　要：从跨文化交际转向与"中国文化走出去"国家战略相结合的高度,提出大学生中国文化传播能力的概念,即中国文化传播能力是当代大学生必备的时代素养之一,其培养是我国外语教育的时代使命,对中国文化传播能力的本体研究具有重要的现实意义。结合跨文化交际与传播学有关理论,对大学生中国文化传播能力进行概念界定、内涵分析与体系构建,提出基于当代混合式教学理念的"知行合一"培养模式。The concept of Undergraduates＇ Chinese Culture Communication Ability （UCCA） is put for- ward against the current context of a new conception of Cross - cultural Communication and the national project of ＂Communicating Chinese Culture to the World＂. This papers first defines the concept of UCCA, then ana- lyzes its connotation and system structure, combining the theories of intercultural communication and informa- tion communication. Finally, it puts forward a Blended - learning Knowledge with Practice＂. This paper concludes that UCCA is one -based instruction model of ＂Combining of the essential requirements for contempo- rary undergraduates, and that its cultivation is an important mission of foreign language education and that the ontological research of it is of great practical significance.
