摘　　要：目前,高职院校学生素质参差不齐,在他们身上存在着各种各样的问题,其中在思想方面、学习方面以及生活方面存在的问题具有一定的普遍性。要解决这些问题,需要我们采取相应的对策,如注重教学过程中的师生互动,调动学生学习兴趣;努力优化学习氛围,使学生体会到学习的乐趣;加强考风考纪教育;引导学生进行职业生涯规划等。The qua lity of vocational college students is uneven at present. There are various problems in the students. The problems of ideological aspect,study aspect and life aspect are of common properties. In order to solve these problems it is necessary to take corresponding countermeasures, such as paying more attention to teacher-student interaction during teaching process,mobilizing students′ learning interest,optimizing study atmosphere,making students feel study pleasure,strengthening examination discipline cultivation and guiding students′ career plan.
