摘　　要：以社会需求为导向、以大学生创新训练项目立项为契机、以医学生为主体,构建多元化医学英语教学模式并应用于实践,通过调查了解学生医学英语课程学习现状,对医学英语教学体系进行分析,从而不断完善医学英语教学。We have constructed a diversified medical English teaching model and applied it to practice with the societys needs as guidance, college students＇innovative training projects as an opportunity, and medical students as the main body. Through investigation and understanding of the present situation of students ,medical English course learning, the paper analyzes the medical English teaching system so as to improve medical English teaching.
