摘　　要：我国继续教育的开展已经有很长的历史,但继续教育督导的理论和实践研究方面还处于起步和探索阶段。文章通过对黑龙江省继续教育督导工作现状的分析,指出继续教育督导工作面临的问题,并针对督导工作中存在的问题提出了具体的解决办法,旨在提高黑龙江省继续教育督导工作水平,提高人才培养质量。The continuing education in China has a long history but the supervision system is still at an early stage in terms of theoretical and practical studies. Based on the current situa-tion of this system, the problems, which the education supervision in continuing education sys-tem, are analyzed,based on which solutions are proposed. It aims to improve the efficiency of the supervision system and promote the talent training quality.
