摘 要:案例教学法将具有代表性的案例作为前提基础,能够充分提升学生解决问题的水平,从而潜移默化地提升学生的综合素质。案例教学法最大的优势是所采取的案例真实生动,直观形象,可使临床教学的行为卓有成效。在皮肤科临床带教的过程中导入案例教学法,在实例里蕴含理论,对诊疗环境予以模拟,有利于提升学生的积极主动性。在皮肤科采取案例教学法进行教学之前,带教老师要未雨绸缪,做好充分的准备工作。皮肤科应用案例教学法所要注意的问题是带教要围绕案例核心,帮助学生培育科学性的思维能力,同时还要鼓励学生能够积极思考,增强师生的互动性。案例教学法在皮肤科临床带教中,是一种行之有效的教学手段,可以在临床教学实践中,不断地加强和完善,从而提高皮肤科临床带教的质量和水平。The case teaching can fully improve the problem-solving level of students on the basis of representative cases thus imperceptibly improving the comprehensive quality of students, and the biggest advantage of case teaching is to adopt the real and objective ca se s, which can make the cl inical teaching behavior effective, and the introduction of case teaching in the cl inical teaching course in the department of dermatology is conducive to improving the enthusiasm and initiative of students, before teaching, the teachers should make a full preparation, and the problem that the teachers need to pay atten-tion to is to help students culture the scientific thinking ability by taking the case as a core, encourage students to actively think and enhance the interaction of teachers and students, and the case teaching is a feasible teaching means in the cl in i-cal teaching in the department of dermatology, and we can constantly enhance and improve it in the clinical teaching prac-tice thus improving the cl in ical teaching quality and level in the department of dermatology.
