摘　　要：阐述本科生导师制的基本观点、蚌埠医学院信息管理与信息系统专业概况以及实施本科生导师制的具体措施;采用强弱机危(strength weakness opportunity threats,SWOT)分析法,对本科生导师制的优势、劣势、机遇、威胁等进行深入分析,提出了相应的发展策略并重点阐述。The article introduces the basic view of undergraduate tutorial system, the basic situation of information management and information system in Bengbu Medical College and the implementation measures of undergraduate tutorial system. The strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of undergraduate tutorial system are thoroughly analyzed using strength weakness opportunity threats （SWOT） analysis. The appropriate development strategies are put forward and discussed emphatically.
