摘  要:目的通过对临床医学专业学生循证医学再教育,探索提高学生临床实践质量的循证医学教学模式。方法将临床实习的临床医学专业学生分成实验组和对照组。实验组采取常规临床实习与循证医学再教育相结合模式,对照组采用常规临床实习模式,随访期各1年后,集中问卷调查以了解循证医学再教育效果。结果实验组学生用循证医学思想解决临床问题的实践能力优于对照组学生,两组学生的差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论循证医学再教育提高了学生临床实践质量。Objective Through the reeducation of evidence based medicine for clinical medical students, the evidence-based medical education model was explored to improve the quality of clinical practice. Methods Clinical medical students in clinical practice were divided into experimental group and control group, the experimental group took routine clinical practice and evidence-based medicine reeducation mode, and the control group adopted routine clinical practice mode. After 1 years of follow-up, a questionnaire survey was conducted to understand the effect of reeducation of evidence based medicine. Results The practical ability of the students in the experimental group to solve the clinical problems with evidence-based medicine was better than that of the control group students, the difference between the two groups of students is statistically significant (P〈0.05). Conclusion The reeducation of evidence based medicine improved the quality of clinical practice.
