摘 要:目的探讨视频反馈教学方法运用于外科学基本操作教学中的可行性。方法随机抽取成都中医药大学第二临床医学院2010级两个班92名学生为研究对象,其中,一个班44名学生为对照组,另一个班48名学生为实验组。实验组采用视频反馈教学,对照组采用传统的教学方式。教学结束后,两组学生采用相同的考核方式和考核内容,对本次教学后的效果进行评价。结果实验组学生在外科洗手、穿无菌手术衣、戴无菌手套、打结、拆线和缝合的考核成绩优于对照组学生,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论视频反馈教学方法在外科学基本操作教学中具有积极的作用。Objective To explore the feasibility of applying video feedback teaching method in basic surgery teaching. Methods A total of 92 cases in 2010 grade from the second clinical medical college of chengdu university of traditional Chinese medicine were randomly selected as the subjects, Among them, one class had 44 students as the control group, another class 48 students as the experimental group, experimental group were received video feedback teaching, while the control group were adopted traditional teaching methods. After the teaching, the two groups of students use the same assessment methods and content, evaluate the effect after the teaching. Results The students in the experimental group were better than the control group in hand washing, wearing sterile surgical gowns, wearing sterile gloves, knotting, suture and suture. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion video feedback teaching method plays an active role in basic surety teaching.
