摘　　要：医学教育不仅要重视科学教育,更要重视人文教育。文章分析了医学院校人文教育的不足,在住院医师规范化培训中的重要性,并介绍了超声科住院医师临床实践中的人文培训,始终贯穿以患者为中心,密切联系实际的基本思想,主要内容包括超声科住院医师临床实训中的人文关怀的注意事项,小儿急诊超声检查中人文关怀的注意事项;超声诊疗过程中沟通技巧的培训,如何在有限的时间内向患者准确、通俗、易懂的传递消息。Medical education should not only attach importance to scientific education, but also attach importance to humanistic education. This paper analyzes the importance of humanistic education in medical colleges and its importance in standardized training for residents, it also introduces the humanistic training in clinical practice of the residents of the department of ultrasound, and always runs through the basic thought of ＂patient as the center and close connection with practice＂, the main contents include the attention of humanistic care in clinical training of ultrasound department residents, notes on humanistic care in pediatric emergency ultrasonography. Training of communication skills in the course of ultrasonic diagnosis and treatment. How to deliver accurate, popular and easy messages to patients in a limited amount of time.
