摘　　要：近年来,国内外由化妆品导致的损害消费者健康的事件已屡见不鲜,引起了社会对化妆品安全性的高度关注。化妆品是日用必需品,安全性是最重要的基础,只有确保了产品的安全性才可能进而考虑产品的稳定性、有用性或者功效性。化妆品安全性的风险因素很多,如化妆品配方原料、微生物污染情况、高风险性物质等,应针对不同的风险采取不同的防治措施。In recent years, many health damage incidents caused by cosmetic in consumers gave rise to high attention of cosmetic safety. Cosmetic is one kind of daily necessarily use product, its safety is very important. Only after ensuring safety, its effective, performance and stability could be considered. The risk factors of cosmetics safety may be caused by different reasons, such as raw materials in formula, microbe contamination, and using high risk substances, etc. It is better to take different prevention measures for different risk factors.
