摘 要:采用顶空固相微萃取(HS-SPME)技术提取干、鲜槐花的挥发性成分,经气相色谱-质谱(GC/MS)测定,比较分析干、鲜槐花的香气成分变化.分析结果表明:从干槐花中鉴定出18种挥发性化学组分,从鲜槐花中鉴定出19种挥发性化学组分.干槐花挥发性组分相对百分含量为92.48%,鲜槐花挥发性组分相对百分含量为89.58%.干槐花挥发性物质中醛类的相对含量为31.76%,醇类相对含量为35.16%,相对含量较高的是己烯醛,含量为18.30%,酮类的相对含量为9.74%,呋喃的相对含量为13.89%.鲜槐花挥发性物质中相对含量较高的是1-辛烯-3-醇,含量为31.02%,其中醛类的相对含量为28.31%,醇类相对含量为44.40%,烯烃相对含量为8.39%,酮类等的相对含量较少.可见干、鲜槐花精油中挥发性化学成分种类和含量均有明显的差别.Using headspace solid phase microextraction (HS-SPME) technology to extract the constituent of dry and fresh flos sophorae volatile, bullishness of chromatography-mass spectrometry ( GC/MS), comparative analysis of the aroma of fresh sophora japonica composition changes.The analysis results show that the identi- fied from the dry flower of Chinese scholartree 18 kinds of volatile chemical components,from the fresh flower of Chinese scholartree identified 19 kinds of volatile chemical composition.Dry flos sophorae volatile component relative percentage is 92.48% ,fresh flos sophorae volatile component relative percentage is 89.58%.The rela- tive content of aldehydes in dry flos sophorae volatile substances is 31.76%, the relative contents of alcohol is 35.16% ,higher relative content is hexene aldehyde ,content is 18.30% ,the relative content of ketones is 9.74%, the relative content of furan is 13.89%.Fresh flos sophorae high relative content of volatile substances is 1-oc- tene-3-alcohol, content is 31.02%,in which the relative content of aldehyde is 28.31% ,the relative contents of alcohol is 44.40% ,the relative contents of olefins is 8.39% ,ketone etc.relative content of less.Visible dry and fresh flos sophorae volatile chemical composition and content in the oils have obvious difference
