摘　　要：快速发展的科学技术,促使人们对生活质量提出了越来越高的要求,尤其是在饮食方面,更多的消费者开始倾向于绿色食品、有机食品、原生态食品以及粗粮。但因部分不法商家受利益驱使,致使食品安全事故频发。食品安全问题关系与所有消费者的生命健康、财产安全息息相关,这就需要食品检验工作者在判断上做到准确、公正,为此,进一步优化食品检验方法,保障食品检验数据的准确就具有十分重要的现实意义。The rapid development of science and technology, encourage people to put forward higher requirements on the quality of life, especially in terms of diet, more consumers tend to green food, natural food and whole grains. However, some unscrupulous businesses driven by interests, resulting in frequent food safety incidents. It is necessary to know the relationship between food safety and the health and safety of all consumers. And this requires each one of our food inspection workers do accurate and fair judgment on the further optimization of food inspection methods, food security inspection data accurately is of great practical significance.
