摘　　要：基于人才素质理论,在文献分析的基础上,采用头脑风暴法和德尔菲法,建构了拔尖创新人才素质结构框架,采用层次分析法确定了各素质要素的权重,以期为拔尖创新人才培养提供决策依据和参考。Based on the theory of talent quality and the analysis of the literature,this article constructs the quality structure frame of top creative talents using the brainstorming method and Delphi method.What’s more,the weight of the quality elements are determined by AHP,in order to provide decision-making reference for top creative talent training.
