摘　　要：参考奥苏伯尔教学理论,针对文书学教学改革所面临的问题提出了文书学教学改革的四点构想:一是完善认知结构,实施关联性教学;二是激发学生内驱力,开展双主体教学;三是丰富教学资源,创新教学内容;四是明确教学目标,科学选用教学形式。Under the guidance and enlightenment of Ausubel＇s teaching theory, the tour proposals of Records Science curriculum teaching reformare put forward： The first is to complete cognitive structure and implement relevant teaching;The second is to stimulate the student internal drive and develop teaching pro- cess of double subjects;The third is to enrich instructional resources and innovate courses content;The fourth is to definite teaching aims in mind and select the teaching form scientifically.
