摘 要:建立了分散固相萃取净化-气相色谱-串联质谱测定茶油中11种有机磷农药残留的分析方法.样品采用乙腈提取,羧基化多壁碳纳米管和中性氧化铝混合吸附剂富集和净化,能够有效去除茶油中脂肪等杂质对测定结果的影响.本方法中11种有机磷农药在0.01~0.5 mg/L范围内,线性良好,相关系数为0.999 61~0.999 96;在0.02~0.1 mg/kg范围内,11种目标物的回收率为86.2%~112.6%,RSD为3.2%~11.2%.An analytical method has been developed for the determination of 11 organophosphorus pesticide residues in camellia oil by gas chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry with dispersive solid-phase extraction. The samples were extracted with acetonitrile and purified using carboxylated muhi-walled carbon nanotubes and neutral alumina sorbent, which could be used to remove fats and other impurities from the camellia oil that would affect the effectiveness of measurement results. Our results showed that the 11 organophosphorus pesticides had a good linearity in the range of 0.01 -0.5 mg/L and the correlation coefficients were between 0.999 61 to 0. 999 96. The recoveries at spiked levels of 0.02, 0.05, and 0.1 mg/kg for the 11 targets were 86.2% - 112.6% ,with their relative standard deviations in the range of 3.2% -11.2%.
