摘　　要：创新创业教育有机融入高校工科教学全过程,对提高人才培养质量、带动学校创新创业水平和质量有重大的积极意义,论文以地方应用型高水平建设大学为例,提出以教师主导的学生创新创业教育带动教学、科研、应用产出,促进良性循环模式,将创新与创业有机结合,将创新教育与产学研合作有机统一,实现沉淀和体制机制的创新。Innovation and entrePreneurship education into college engineering education process, to improve the quality of talent training, has great positive significance to the school innovation level and quality, the high level of construction in local applied university as an example, the teacher led the students＂ innovation and entrepreneurship education driven teaching, scientific research and application of output, promote the benign circulation mode and the organic combination of innovation and entrepreneurship, the innovative education and cooperation of organic unity, innovation and institutional mechanisms of the precipitation.
