摘  要:地方本科院校转型发展既要明确坚持办学方向和人才培养目标定位的转型,更要关注其学术研究宗旨和实践形态的转型。地方本科院校学术转型的基本内涵,是在坚持现代大学多元学术构架的前提下,注重和突出学术研究的应用性和服务性价值取向与功能特征;其学术转型的理念和目标,体现着当代大学学术内涵与形态的多元、分化、转型的特质,也响应了办学定位和转型发展的实践要求。地方本科院校学术转型是在当代大学学术多元、分化的框架体系内进行的,其学术内涵和形态同样是多元和分化的。为此,维持和应对多元学术价值取向和实践范式之间的张力,是推进其学术转型实践的重要课题。The transformation development of local undergraduate institutions should not only adhere to the transformation of their school-running orientations and talent cultivation targets, but also attach more importance to the transformation of their academic research purposes and practice. The basic connotation of academic transformation of local undergraduate institutions is to highlight the value orientation and functional characteristics of the applicability and service of academic research under the premise of academic diversity in contempo- rary universities. The concept and goal of the academic transformation embody the traits of diversity, differentiation and transformation of academic connotation and form of contemporary universities, and respond to the practice of school-running orientation and transforma- tion development. The academic transformation of local undergraduate institutions works in the framework of academic diversity and differentiation of contemporary universities. Therefore, to maintain and deal with the tension between the diversity of academic value and practice is an important topic of the transformation of academic practice.
