摘  要:高校思政课教师是高校教师中的特殊群体,其发展目前面临的主要困难有:教学任务繁重使其缺乏时间从事教学发展;科研时间缺乏和整体科研能力偏弱制约其学术发展;职称晋升难、绩效获得难、收入低等制约其个人发展。其原因在于高校思政课教师兼具学术人、政治人、绩效人三种角色,存在着角色错位与冲突。为此需要将思政课教师定位为专业型政工师,在管理与考核上应实行差异化政策。It is necessary to carry on specific research on the development of the ideological and political teachers. Their main difficulties were as follows: lack of time and motivation to engage in teaching development; lack of time and research capacity to research; title promotion was difficult, it was difficult to other faculty. The ideological and political obtain performance, and income was lower than teachers possessed the roles of scholar, politician and performance-oriented teacher at the same time, and there were dislocations and conflicts between the three roles, so these development difficulties above came on at the same time. Therefore, it should redefine ideological and political teachers as professional political engineer, management and assessment should also be different.
