摘 要:改革人才培养的体制机制是培养拔尖创新人才的前提,创新人才培养模式是培养拔尖创新人才的基础。英国研究型大学秉持学术自由的坚定信念,以特色学科和交叉学科课程为基础设计课程,以产学研一体化为路径创新人才培养模式,以学院制和导师制为主导创新人才培养机制,培养了一大批卓越的拔尖创新人才。借鉴英国研究型大学拔尖创新人才培养的经验,我国高校应该树立以培养拔尖创新人才为目标的新理念、构建以学科交叉融合为基础的人才培养新机制、探索产学研深度融合的人才培养新模式。Reforming the system and mechanism of personnel training is the prerequisite for cultivating tiptop innovative talents, and innovative talents training mode is the foundation of cultivating tiptop innovative talents. British research university has cultivated a large number of tiptop innovative talents with the firm faith of academic freedom , by means of designing courses based on specialty disciplines and interdisciplinary courses ,innovating talents training mode on production-study-research integration. Innovating talents training mecha- nism based on Academy System and Tutorial System. Based on the experience of cultivating tiptop talents in British research universities, Chinese universities should establish a new concepts of cultivating tiptop innovative talents , constructing a new mechanism of personnel training based on interdisciplinary integration, exploring the new mode of personnel training in the integration of production, learning and research.
